The Hospitality Team exists to create a warm, comfortable environment for our guests from the moment they walk into the door.
Hospitality volunteer: Engage our guests with hospitality in the Market Plaza and invite them to experience tangible and relational resources offered by the Care Center, Willow Creek Community Church and other community partners. Hospitality volunteers also facilitate check in for services and encourage guests with love and prayer. We always strive to see each guest and meet them where they are at. This team is crucial to giving each person a dignifying experience at the Care Center.
If you are a good listener, enjoy one-on-one interactions and have the gift of hospitality, shepherding or encouragement, the Hospitality Team could be a great fit for you!

Interpretation volunteer: Use your bilingual speaking skills to help provide a dignified and friendly Care Center experience for our Spanish, Russian, or Polish-speaking guests. You will interpret for guests when they arrive at our Welcome Kiosk, as well as during the Intake process and when they are receiving services with the Care Team and the Care Center Clinic (as needed.) Language interpretation experience, training and/or skills are desired, but not necessary. Fluency in two languages, a warm, welcoming demeanor, and a desire to help are the most important qualifications.
