The Care Center Prison, Jail, and Re-entry Ministry exists to serve:

  • Those in incarceration. Prison and Jail teams visit a number of facilities to provide pastoral visitations, group classes, Bible studies, literature distribution and worship services.

  • Those released from prison or jail. Our team can help with one-on-one mentoring, small groups, resource referrals for basic needs, community service obligations, and rides to Willow Creek Community Church.

  • Families and loved ones of an incarcerated person. Our community offers family support groups where you can connect with people in similar situations as your family.

Restart Bible Study

The Restart Bible Study is a place for anyone released from incarceration to join in teaching, prayer and support in a welcoming environment.  Connect with others who have had a similar journey and understand what you’re going through. This group meets every Tuesday at 7 p.m.

Connection Breakfast

The Prison, Jail and Re-entry Monthly Connection Breakfast is designed to encourage, educate and address issues faced by those in incarceration or recently released as well as their loved ones. Guest Speakers and small group leaders guide the gathering on the first Saturday of each month from 10 a.m.–12 p.m. See the calendar for more information.

RELATE is a support network that begins with a conversation for family members of those in incarceration. Connect with others who understand the challenges of life with a loved one in prison or jail. Please email us at

Re-entry services are offered to those who have been released from incarceration. Conference calls with a skilled counselor can be scheduled on the evening of the third Sunday of the month. These services include resources, direction and connection with a group that can help you manage challenges after release. If you are interested in re-entry services, email
